TherkZone.com is a commission-based wholesale e-commerce platform in Nepal that connects:

• 🏪 Vendors (shops/suppliers/wholesalers)

• 🛒 Customers (buyers/retailers) - May be later not focused now

• 🌐 Platform (TherkZone – managed by owner)

🔑 Core Model:

• Vendors provide list products details

• Inventory belongs fully to the vendor

• TherkZone acts as a sales + distribution platform only

• Orders are processed through platform system

• Payments are handled via eSewa / integrated payment gateways(your choice)

💰 Revenue Model:

• TherkZone takes a commission from each sale (fixed % defined per category/vendor agreement)

• An additional platform margin of up to 5% may be applied dynamically on customer pricing to sustain operations, logistics, and platform growth

• Final pricing is transparently managed in the system dashboard

⚙️ Key Rule:

TherkZone does NOT own inventory. It only facilitates transactions between vendor and customer.
